The Oklahoma Flute Society would like to feature local flute teachers in a recital performance at the Oklahoma Flute Society's 2026 Flute Fair. Please fill out this application form to be considered for a performance on this recital program.  Only applications submitted via this form will be considered. (No email entries.)

Performance date: March 28,2026, 11:30 A.M. - 12:15 P.M.

at the Southwestern Oklahoma State University

Flutists must be members of the Oklahoma Flute Society.
