CALLING ALL FLUTE INSTRUCTORS IN OKLAHOMA!
We Need YOU!
We’re on a mission to bring music to every corner of Oklahoma through our Annual Honor Band Event, and we need flute instructors to help us make it happen!
We're looking for volunteers willing to record short instructional videos with the audition music to guide and inspire young flutists across the state — especially those who may not have access to a private teacher.
Share your top tips, your best audition strategies, and your love for the flute with students who are eager to learn!

Our Summer Concert is scheduled for Friday, July 25th at 6:00 PM at Sunnylane United Methodist Church! Our call time will be 5:00 PM for setup and warm-up.
This concert will showcase an exciting collection of new compositions and arrangements inspired by various practices of meditation and the expansion of human consciousness. In addition to these reflective and thought-provoking works, the program will also include lighthearted and jovial pieces. The concert will also include a work for Flute Choir and our recently donated Hauptwerk digital pipe organ we've just finished work on. We are especially thrilled to feature our brand new contrabass flute—making its debut appearance in this performance!
To prepare, we’ll rehearse on the three Sunday evenings prior to the concert from 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Sunnylane UMC. Here are the rehearsal dates:
