The Oklahoma Flute Society is a non-profit organization whose mission is to promote flute study and performance, to encourage camaraderie among flutists, and to encourage the highest standards of teaching and performance.

​Calling all Flute Soloists and Small Ensembles!
Teachers: begin preparing your flute students for our annual OFS Solo and Ensemble Festival on Sunday, February 16th from 12-6 pm at Oklahoma City University.
This event is a fantastic experiences for flutists beginner-12th grade. Younger students gain a positive performance experience with feedback from professional flutists. High school students have the opportunity to win an Outstanding Soloist cash prize. Register at here by Sunday, Feb 2.​

The OFS 2025 Collegiate Competition is now accepting entries for the preliminary round.

Entries are also being accepted for a spot the High School and Undergraduate Masterclass Competitions to play for guest artist Greg Pattillo during the 2025 Flute Fair. Flute Choir Proposals for 2025 Flute Fair are being accepted until January 30, 2025! 

Donations are now being accepted toward the commission of a piccolo composition by Amanda Harberg dedicated in memory of Feodora Steward as well as a Contrabass flute for the Oklahoma Flute Society. Thank you for the continued support!
