Community Outreach Scholarship

 

The Oklahoma Flute Society offers scholarships in the form of free memberships and free admission to events. These scholarships are designed to benefit students grades 6-12 who would otherwise not be able to take advantage of what OFS has to offer. They are based on teacher nomination/recommendation, and are subject to approval by the board of directors.

Before any nomination is approved, all nominees must agree to submit to the board a brief follow-up report on their experiences at the OFS events they attend. Both teacher and student must agree to submit these reports via this form to the Community Outreach Chair before the end of April. It is the responsibility of the teachers to make sure these deadlines are met.
